Ponn’s Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) capabilities are ideal for jobs with tolerances under .001". Wire EDM does not require expensive tooling.  Our wire EDM work includes mold-making, prototypes and production parts for the aerospace, automobile and electronics industries. And because wire EDM substantially reduces tooling costs, your parts can be produced from a SolidWorks or DXF file.
